About the founder
I’m Ashley Vande Slunt, LMFT (she/her), a AAMFT Approved Supervisor, Certified Integrative Mental Health Therapist, Yoga Teacher, and somatic practitioner with advanced training in trauma-informed care. My work blends psychotherapy, yoga, and nervous system–based approaches to help people move beyond stress, anxiety, and trauma into greater balance and resilience.
In the Nervous System Reset program, you’ll benefit from a unique integration of Neurogenic Yoga™ and TRE® offered in a safe, supportive environment. With both professional expertise and lived experience guiding this work, my passion is helping you reconnect with your body’s innate ability to release, restore, and heal.

Not at all. This practice is accessible to everyone: no yoga background is required. The focus is on gentle movement and body awareness, not flexibility or physical performance.

Yes. Tremoring is a natural physiological process that the body already knows how to do. In a guided setting, it’s safe and supportive. You’ll always be in control of your experience, and you can stop or pause the practice at any time.

Preparation is simple. You’ll want a quiet space where you feel safe and won’t be interrupted, along with a yoga mat or comfortable surface to lie on. Having a blanket or pillow nearby for support can also be helpful. Wear comfortable clothing that allows for movement.
Most importantly, come with curiosity and an open mind. These practices aren’t about performance, they’re about giving your body space to release tension and reset at its own pace.
