As a Licensed & Certified Integrative Mental Health Therapist, I offer a unique blend of traditional and holistic techniques. In addition to being trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and certified in Somatic Healing and the Safe and Sound Protocol (SSP), Rest and Restore Protocol (RRP); all proven methods for healing trauma and regulating the nervous system. I incorporate Integrative Nutrition and other approaches that influence mental health. Drawing from training from Dr. Leslie Korn, I review the impact of nutrition, supplements, and lifestyle habits on mental well-being to provide a truly comprehensive healing experience.

To further support your journey, I integrate modalities like Internal Family Systems (IFS), Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), Aromatherapy, Breathwork, Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (M-CBT), and Yoga.

I’m Ashley Vande Slunt, LMFT (she/her), a Certified Integrative Mental Health Therapist with a passion for helping women heal from trauma, reduce anxiety, and reconnect with their authentic selves.
