Group Therapy for Somatic and Nervous System Healing
The Integrative Path
Are you ready to break free from stress, anxiety, or emotional overwhelm while building meaningful connections with others?
The Integrative Path group therapy program offers a transformative journey rooted in somatic practices and the Safe and Sound Protocol (SSP). This program is designed to help you regulate your nervous system, release stored emotional pain, and foster resilience, all within the safety of a supportive group environment.
The Science Behind Somatic Healing and SSP:
The Safe and Sound Protocol (SSP) is an evidence-based auditory intervention rooted in Polyvagal Theory. It uses specially designed music to engage the vagus nerve, helping your body shift out of survival mode and into a state of safety and connection. When combined with somatic practices that enhance body awareness and release tension, SSP creates the conditions for profound healing and transformation.
This integrative approach supports your journey by addressing the mind and body together, helping you achieve lasting emotional balance and well-being.
