Meet Jordan
(she/they)
Jordan specializes in working with LGBTQ+ populations and individuals who are exploring changes in their relationship with drugs or alcohol. They approach therapy through a Narrative Therapy lens, integrating elements of Person-Centered Therapy, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing.
Jordan works with adolescents and adults and is deeply committed to creating a therapeutic space that is LGBTQ+ affirming, neurodivergent-affirming, and non-pathologizing. They believe therapy is most effective when clients are seen as complex, multifaceted individuals whose strengths, values, and lived experiences are honored and drawn upon to support meaningful change.
Jordan has experience supporting individuals who have faced significant hardships, are living with chronic illness, or are navigating overlapping mental health and substance-related concerns. Their work is collaborative, respectful, and grounded in the belief that people already carry much of what they need for growth.
Outside of the therapy space, Jordan enjoys quilting and sewing, bird-watching, Lord of the Rings, and exploring wetlands.

What Sets Us Apart
Attuned, Trauma-Informed Care
We approach therapy with an understanding of how trauma, stress, and relationships live in both the mind and the nervous system. Our work is paced, collaborative, and grounded in safety, allowing meaningful change to emerge without pressure or urgency.
A Thoughtfully Built Team
Hidden Trails Therapy is intentionally small. Each clinician is carefully selected for their training, values, and ability to offer affirming, non-pathologizing care.
