Trauma, Somatic & Integrative Therapist

Part-Time to Full-Time W-2 • Hybrid • Happy Valley, Oregon

Do meaningful work. Deepen your specialty. Enjoy the work you’re here to do.

Hidden Trails Therapy is looking for an Oregon-licensed therapist who is passionate about trauma treatment and interested in working from a somatic, nervous-system-informed, and integrative lens.

This is an opportunity for a clinician who wants to deepen, or intentionally develop, their expertise in trauma therapy while having the autonomy of private practice and the support of a growing specialty group practice.

The Role

Your work may include:

  • Individual therapy with adults navigating trauma, complex trauma, anxiety, attachment wounds, difficult relationships, and major life transitions

  • Trauma treatment incorporating relational, somatic, nervous-system-informed, and integrative approaches

  • Opportunities to incorporate or develop expertise in EMDR, Brainspotting, Somatic Experiencing, and other trauma-focused approaches

  • Opportunities to develop groups or specialty services based on your interests

  • Collaboration and consultation with our clinical team

  • Continued professional development in advanced trauma and somatic approaches

Who We’re Looking For

Required

  • Active Oregon license as an LMFT, LPC, LCSW, or psychologist

  • Experience working with trauma or a strong clinical interest in developing this specialty

  • Interest in trauma-informed, somatic, and nervous-system-informed care

  • Strong relational and clinical skills

  • Reliable communication and timely clinical documentation

  • Desire to actively build and maintain a meaningful caseload at Hidden Trails

Especially welcomed

  • EMDR training or interest in pursuing EMDR training

  • Somatic Experiencing, Brainspotting, or related somatic/trauma training

  • Experience with complex trauma, attachment, dissociation, or nervous-system regulation

  • Interest in continued advanced training and specialty development

You don't need to arrive with every advanced certification already completed. We’re interested in thoughtful clinicians with a strong clinical foundation, curiosity, and a genuine desire to deepen their trauma work, and we’re committed to supporting that growth.
