How the Work Happens
Our Approach
Healing is personal. At Hidden Trails Therapy, we consider your experiences, relationships, and the connection between mind and body. Together, we shape therapy around what matters to you, with room for your needs and goals to evolve.
Trauma-Informed
Your voice, choices, and pace matter. We take time to build trust, explore what helps you feel supported, and approach difficult experiences with care.
Integrative
We bring together complementary approaches based on your needs & your therapist’s training. Our work may include conversation, creative expression, parts work, or others.
Attachment-Focused
We explore relationship patterns to help you build trust, strengthen boundaries, and feel more connected.
Mind & Body Connected
We explore how stress and emotions show up in your body, helping you feel more grounded and connected.
