Care for the Season You’re In
Women’s mental health includes much more than reproductive milestones. Your history, relationships, identity, health, and daily responsibilities all shape your experience.
We offer space to explore what feels difficult now, understand familiar patterns, and reconnect with what matters to you.
Perinatal & Postpartum Therapy
Support through trying to conceive, infertility, pregnancy, postpartum, loss, and the transition into parenthood. There is room for joy, uncertainty, grief, and feelings you may find difficult to share elsewhere.
Peri & Menopause Therapy
Space to navigate the emotional and relational experiences of midlife, including shifts in identity, confidence, responsibilities, and how you feel in your body.
Relationships, Boundaries & Identity
Explore how you relate to partners, family, work, and yourself. We help you make room for your needs, understand recurring patterns, and navigate changes in who you are and what you want.
Individual Therapy
Space to understand yourself, work through what feels difficult, and find new ways to navigate anxiety, relationships, and life changes.
Our Approach to Women’s Mental Health
Your experiences affect more than your thoughts. They may show up as tension, emotional overwhelm, disconnection, or difficulty feeling settled in relationships.
Our therapists consider the connections between your mind, body, relationships, and lived experience. Depending on your needs and your therapist’s training, care may include somatic therapy, EMDR, parts-oriented work, mindfulness, art therapy, or other approaches.
Together, we shape the work around your goals, preferences, and pace.
