What to Expect

A gentle pause from the pace of everyday life. TheNervous System Reset is designed to help you slow down, reconnect, and return to yourself, through guided gentle movement, within the comfort of your own space, and time to simply be.

We blend guided moments, open exploration, and space to reflect, so the experience feels both focused and fluid.

Attunement is a core part of the process. You’ll learn to slow down, tune in, and support your body’s natural processing.

Led by experienced guide, Ashley Vande Slunt LMFT, who knows how to hold space, encourage participation, and keep things moving with intentional embodiment.

Our events prioritize comfort, safety, and attunement, so you can show up as you are and fully engage in the process.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • No. These classes are designed to be accessible to beginners and experienced practitioners alike. You are encouraged to move at your own pace and honor your body's needs throughout the experience.

  • No. Neurogenic Yoga® and TRE® are educational and wellness-based offerings designed to support nervous system regulation and stress relief. Individual therapy and somatic support services are available separately for those seeking a more personalized therapeutic experience.

  • Wear comfortable light colored clothing and have a quiet space where you can move freely. The space needs to allow full visibility of you and full audio during the session to offer support each step of the way. A yoga mat, yoga blocks if needed for modifications, blanket, pillow, and water are recommended but not required.

Together, we pause to invite intention, safety, and self connection. This is about aligning with ourselves and with the journey within. This is a chance to reconnect with what brought you here. your desire to shift the nervous system, your hopes, your turning points towards wanting more resilience, and consider how they’ve shifted or deepened.
