My approach is rooted in curiosity, humility, and respect for the complexity of altered states. Drawing from somatic therapy, EMDR, attachment theory, polyvagal-informed care, and psychedelic integration frameworks, I aim to create a space where clinicians can think deeply, ask difficult questions, and develop confidence in their work.
About This Circle
Holding Altered States is a professional learning community for therapists, facilitators, coaches, and helping professionals interested in psychedelic preparation, integration, ketamine-assisted therapy, and expanded states of consciousness.
Together, we explore case consultation, ethical considerations, somatic approaches, emerging research, professional development, and the evolving landscape of psychedelic care within a collaborative and respectful environment.

This offering is intended for educational, consultative, and professional development purposes.
Participation does not constitute psychotherapy, clinical supervision, medical care, or a therapeutic relationship.
Participants are encouraged to commit to the full 5-month circle to support continuity, trust, and meaningful discussion.
Registration fees are non-refundable due to the limited size of the group.
Group(s) are closed containers capped at 8 participants per group.
Additional group agreements and participation forms will be provided following registration.

Session Length: 120 minutes per session
Duration: 5 monthly meetings

2nd Thursday of each month at 1:00–2:55 PM PSTPlatform: Virtual via Zoom
Individual Consultation Options:
This offering provides EMDR-focused Individual consultation designed to support clinical growth, case conceptualization, and skill development within a collaborative, somatically informed framework.
Important Clarifications:
This service is consultation, not psychotherapy.
This service does not constitute clinical supervision unless explicitly contracted in writing.
Participation does not establish a therapeutic relationship.
Session Details:
Format: 1:1 consultation
Session Length: 55 minutes per session
Total Hours: 1 consultation hour
Platform: Virtual via Zoom
Scheduling & Attendance:
Unused sessions do not roll over beyond the purchase period (requested use within 4 months of purchase).

Cancellation Policy:
48 hours’ notice is required for planned absences and rescheduling
Missed sessions without notice are forfeited.
Refund Policy:
No refunds for missed sessions.
Certification & Documentation:
The consultee is solely responsible for tracking consultation hours for certification or credentialing purposes.
5 sessions required together in full attendance to achieve a letter of reccomendation from the consultant
