My approach is rooted in curiosity, humility, and respect for the complexity of altered states. Drawing from somatic therapy, EMDR, attachment theory, polyvagal-informed care, and psychedelic integration frameworks, I aim to create a space where clinicians can think deeply, ask difficult questions, and develop confidence in their work.

Holding Altered States is a professional learning community for therapists, facilitators, coaches, and helping professionals interested in psychedelic preparation, integration, ketamine-assisted therapy, and expanded states of consciousness.
Together, we explore case consultation, ethical considerations, somatic approaches, emerging research, professional development, and the evolving landscape of psychedelic care within a collaborative and respectful environment.

This offering is intended for educational, consultative, and professional development purposes.
Participation does not constitute psychotherapy, clinical supervision, medical care, or a therapeutic relationship.
Participants are encouraged to commit to the full 5-month circle to support continuity, trust, and meaningful discussion.
Registration fees are non-refundable due to the limited size of the group.
Group(s) are closed containers capped at 8 participants per group.
Additional group agreements and participation forms will be provided following registration.

Individual Consultation Options:
This offering provides individual consultation for therapists, facilitators, coaches, and helping professionals seeking support in psychedelic preparation and integration work, ketamine-assisted therapy, altered states, professional development, and ethical practice considerations.
Consultation is collaborative, reflective, and grounded in a somatic, trauma-informed framework. Sessions may focus on case consultation, professional identity development, scope of practice questions, psychedelic integration, business development, emerging research, or the intersection of EMDR, somatic therapies, and psychedelic-informed care.
Important Clarifications
This service is consultation, not psychotherapy. This service does not constitute clinical supervision unless explicitly contracted in writing. Participation does not establish a therapeutic relationship.

Scheduling & Attendance
Consultation sessions should be scheduled within four months of purchase.

Cancellation Policy
48 hours' notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.
Missed sessions without notice are forfeited.
Refund Policy
No refunds are provided for missed sessions or completed consultation services.
What Happens After Purchase
Following registration, you will receive a welcome email containing required intake and participation forms. These forms must be completed prior to scheduling your consultation session.
