Jordan Baughman, LPC
Jordan is a licensed professional counselor with lived and clinical experience supporting individuals navigating chronic illness and chronic pain. She is passionate about creating therapeutic spaces rooted in connection, meaning-making, and resilience.

No. This group is for adults living with chronic illness and/or chronic pain. You do not need a specific diagnosis to participate.

Yes. Many participants join as an adjunct to individual therapy.
If desired, we’re happy to coordinate care with your therapist with a signed release. -
We intentionally keep groups small to create:
A sense of emotional safety
Meaningful connection
Space for reflection
A more personal experience
Spots are limited and tend to fill quickly.

No. You’re welcome to participate at your own pace. This is a flexible, supportive space where you can share when it feels comfortable and simply listen when that’s what you need.

Yes. This is an ongoing weekly group rather than a time-limited series. Space is limited to 8 participants, so new members can join when space is available.

This is a therapist-facilitated support group focused on connection and mutual support around the challenges of living with chronic illness and/or chronic pain.

The group is $30 per session and self-pay only. Insurance is not billed for this group.

The group meets virtually on Fridays from 5–6 PM and is open to adults located in Oregon.
