Tree of Life Group For Chronic Pain
$70.00

The Tree of Life is a 2-day group that invites participants who are navigating chronic illness and/or pain to speak about their lives and difficult experiences in ways that make them stronger and more hopeful for the future.

During this group, we will use different parts of a tree as metaphors to represent different aspects of our lives. Each participant will draw their own Tree of Life. Using these trees, we will speak of our “roots,” skills and knowledges, hopes and dreams, and special people in our lives. We will also discuss the “storms” that affect our lives, and ways we protect ourselves and each other through difficult times.

• Target audience: Adults of any gender experiencing chronic illness or chronic pain
